Ronnie.............. a.k.a. FOXY  or FOXY FULKS

Probably one of the "Badest Asses" of all times of COUNTS.  For sure he was in the top 5.  A good guy who had lots of bad breaks... and a difficult personality.  Ronnie could be kind, mean, gentle, vicious, insecure, understanding, lonely, friendly, selfish, good hearted, stupid, smart...........and probably his biggest "fault" was his gullibility.  He trusted persons he should not have trusted.  It cost him his life.

I spent a lot of time with Ronnie.  We got into a lot of fights together...... and out of them.  Lots of red lights (too many), lots of hazzy - face pounding at different Royal Castles, late in the evenings, or early in the mornings.........depends on your point of view.  Lots of double dating, making the rounds at the bars (mostly Big Daddy's), brawls here and there........ Open Houses.........parties.........whatever.  We were always there raising hell.  Sandlot football,,,,,,,, basketball...........lots of weightlifting,, mostly at Mike Whitfield's house.  Running girls down (no,, not with the car)

After high school days were long gone..we worked together.........ironworking...........being 'hip',, more night clubs.........  We did it all, and more............even too much......... we missed getting into big trouble only by luck..............and 'running' when it was time to ''get out of there'',, you know what I mean for sure.

At one point in time............... we all drifted apart........... Mike went left,,,,,,,,,,, Ronnie right,,,,,,,,,, and me straight.  That was in about 71 or 72.  I lost contact with them when I left Miami.  I heard about Ronnie's death from my Mother.  It hurt.  I really liked Ronnie.  I liked being with him.........no matter what we were doing.  He was funny as hell.  A good brother,, a good friend.  He went way too young.  Bless his kicking little ass.  Ciao Bro wherever you are.
